IV Chemotherapies (over several rounds)

Vincristine- weekly, then every 10 days, then weekly again, then monthly
Pegaspargase
Methotrexate- escalating based on counts
Doxorubicin (the Red devil)
Cyclophosphamide
Leg injections (over 4 rounds)
Cytarabine
Intrathecal chemo (injected into spine each lumbar puncture)
Methotrexate
By mouth- (daily for 17 months)
Mercaptopurine (daily- dosage varied)
Dexamethasome (steroid- after LPs)
Methotrexate (Thursdays- dosage varied)
Thioguanine ( liquid)
Monthly infusion of Pentamadine via port.
